I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--

This is good, and pleases God our Savior ho wants all men to be saved

and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

1 Timothy 2:1, 3-4

 

Some time ago Tom visited a Kuy village in a remote area. He talked with an older lady who had not so much as heard the name of Jesus. We hope to see this changed in the near future.

 

 It is God's desire for all to know him. We must not loose sight of the fact that it is he also who can do the work of drawing people to himself. He uses us as we follow his direction, but our first calling is to pray according to his will. Please join us in praying for the Holy Spirit of God to do the work of drawing the Kuy of Cambodia to himself. Continue to lift up these individuals specifically; Chhon, Rii, Yeah Ta, that they will clearly understand the good news and commit themselves wholly to Jesus. Pray for hearts of others to be open and ready to hear and understand the message. Pray that God will plant his church among the Kuy, that all may have the opportunity to know of his love for them.
