Hearing the Word

In order to believe in Christ, the Kuy people must hear about him. They need to hear about him in the context of God's whole story. Fourteen chronological Bible stories for the purpose of evangelism are already recorded in Kuy language. Our aim is to produce a tool that will be attractive and effective at enabling the Kuy to hear about Jesus and put their trust in Him. We want to put together a CD with the Bible stories, some traditional music and some Christian testimonies. This will then be made available to Kuy believers and seekers (likely in cassette tape format.) Hopefully they will learn the stories and tell them to their families and neighbors in the natural contexts of their lives.

Please pray for the timely completion and distribution of this tool. Pray that Tom would be able to record testimonies that will communicate clearly and traditional music that will be attractive to the intended "hearers."
