Simply the Story

Last week instructors from the God's Story Project were in Kampong Thom teaching a workshop on how to do inductive Bible study orally. This is a hands-on workshop teaching an effective way of studying God's Word and imparting it to others discussion style. Literates and oral learners alike gain form this way of investigating God's word. They ran a workshop in English for those who could understand English and then supervised these Cambodian learners as they taught the same workshop in Khmer to a further group of church leaders. Two Kuy pastors joined the workshop. Pray for Pastor Kon Kuoun and Pastor Kee to be able to apply what they learned both in their churches and in outreach. Pray for a growing vision in their hearts to bring the gospel in story to the village of Rumchek. Pray that God will move and a truly Kuy church will be planted in Rumchek by Kuy believers.
