More baptized!

Last Friday a team from Crossroads church left for a one week mission trip, joined by some visiting young people from the US. They spent the weekend in the Kuy village of Srokun where a baptism was planned. At least two of the key men in the village were to be baptized. They are now back in Snaur to spend the week. This is the village that they have been visiting regularly over the last year. Next week a second mission group will go to the village of Jehokna. The team of Cambodian young people will teach Khmer literacy to a number of women in the village, one on one. What an excellent opportunity to serve and to form relationships. Please join us in pray for these two mission trips.

• Pray for health and safety for all the team members.
• Pray for wisdom and sensitivity to the leading of the Spirit as they develop relationships and look for opportunities to share the hope that they have in Jesus.
• Ask the Lord to raise up households of peace (Luke 10:5-7) in Jehokna.
• Pray that the literacy teaching will lead to solid relationships in Jehokna and to opportunities to share Christ with whole families.
